Welcome to Portrait Expressions! Here you'll find a little about myself and the style that I bring to the industry. Like many moms before me, I was inspired by my children. There's alot to be said for the phrase, "a baby changes everything," and I couldn't agree more! As a mom of three I can honestly say they've played a pivotal role in my career and challenged my mind on more than one occassion!
Very simply, I love people. I enjoy real life moments. In fact, while my children have been my inspiration, it's the world around me that moves me. From the people I meet to the experiences they share, I can't imagine a day without the complexity of the human spirit and the joy I get out of that. After nearly thirteen years of shooting and thousands of images later, I still get butterflies before the first shutter.
