Scheduling an Appointment

In order to make the most out of your portrait sitting experience, I ask that you book your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance so I can spend some time talking with you before the portrait sitting to get an idea of what you have in mind, assist in wardrobe selection, and confirm a location. If you choose a location outdoors, the time of day with the best light is early morning or late afternoon when there is less direct sunlight and it is visually more pleasing. When I photograph a family especially if there are small children I usually suggest a time that works best around naps and feeding schedules. Generally, children are more relaxed and enjoy the session more when they are well rested and can be themselves.

Your portrait sitting is your time and you will not be rushed through the session. Thoughtful planning prior to the sitting allows me to make the most of my time with you and/or your family to make sure I get all the shots you want. There is no set number of pictures taken during the session, life's moments happen spontaneously and I like to be flexible enough to capture that.

Please note, in order to reserve your space the sitting fee is required one week prior to the scheduled appointment. For your convenience, all major credit cards are accepted and verified by Paypal through this website.
